Once a month from April to September this group travels by minibus to local places of interest. Last year the group visited Morpeth (including a call at Heighleygate garden centre), Durham (with the option of visiting the Oriental Museum), Cragside, Redcar, Holy Island and Preston Park. Each trip costs £4 and the group decide in march where to go.

The buses leave Search at 10 am and get back around 4.30 pm.

Because of its popularity there is a waiting list to join but let us know if you are interested as there are often last-minute cancellations on trips and we will always try to fill all the seats on the bus.
