Nordic walking is an enhancement of ordinary walking - it makes something we can all do twice as effective! Two poles (like ski poles) are used which means that the upper body muscles are exercised as well as the legs, also the poles help to propel the alking along while feeling stable. It burns 46% more calories than normal walking.
