West End Health Resource Centre
A purpose built centre on Adelaide Terrace, Benwell which provides activities and services to local people to help them get better after being ill and also to improve their fitness.
Avanti
Aims to support service users of mental health day activities services access more mainstream community based activities. The website features a guide to free or low cost activities in Newcastle (including a large number in the west end) which do not need high levels of fitness, are within reach of public transport and
do not require expensive equipment in order to participate.
